Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Felt OK though was slower than I expected. First mile was a little over 9 minutes, then the rest were in the 8:40s to 8:50s. Just have to keep working at this and see what happens. Making a few changes (diet, etc.) and need to give things time. Going into the harsh season of running but need to keep at it.
