Notes
Ran 5 miles on roads. Ran more of a tempo than a fartlek run. Ran 2.5 miles easy, then ran another 2.5 miles (not sure really how far this is) at tempo. Ran the course that Amy often runs. Came through in 17:40. Was pretty much a quick decision thing. Was just going to go easy but decided to run a little harder. Felt OK other than being a little tired. Think I was a little frustrated for taking off Saturday. Body OK, Achilles wasn't really an issue but still need to keep after things.
Update: Measured course - about 2.55 miles
