Ran 3 x 4 min. at 5k pace (around) with 3 minute recovery runs. Was a pretty rough workout. Ran right after work and was warmer than I would have liked. Ran around 6:30 pace, but fell off a little on the second rep due to the long hill on Jodi. Recovered after second rep (took a short break) and ran a little faster than 6:30 on last one. Felt OK and no major issues. Came through 3 miles around 20:34 (though is a little off with the short break).
