Ran 10 miles on roads. Really hard to believe I went this far in the dark. Was feeling it today so I went with it. Felt a lot better than I did yesterday. Was a little strange because it was getting warmer the longer I went. Started out at 56 degrees and it was 65 degrees when I finished. Body held up OK for the most part. Just very glad to get 10 in. Achilles was a little tight as well as my right ankle. Just have to be careful and see how I feel in the morning.
