Ran 12 miles easy on roads. Ran OK for the most part. Ran the first 10 miles in around 72 minutes. Most of my first 10 miles were under 7:10 pace - probably too fast for what I wanted to do. Last 4 miles were around 7:25, last in 7:17. Hamstring was OK and really didn't bother me much. Just have to be careful and not run these workouts so fast.
