Ran 3 miles easy on roads. Didn't feel all that great on this one. Hamstring was still an issue and was actually a little warmer out. Not used to running in a little warmer weather and was slightly overdressed. Felt OK, though did have to stop a few times. Hamstring (right one) still tight and hard to swing the leg forward but is getting slightly better.
