Ran 3 miles on roads with about 6 pick-ups of about 45 seconds to a minute (or more). Pace on pickups was probably around 7:30 to a little faster. Took an undetermined amount of recovery in between reps. Little tired at end but nice to do something quicker, even though it's not where I want to be.
