Ran 10 miles easy at Rossmyone industrial park. Was kind of a last minute decision but went OK. Didn't run as easy as I should have but was not as fast as it had been last time I was there. Kept pace over 8:00 and averaged around 8:20-30s. Felt OK but was a little rough on the last lap, but seriously not too bad. Body tight and a little sore the rest of the evening but overall OK.
