Ran 4 x about. 43 (700 meters) at 3/4 effort. Ran pretty well, even though

I didn't feel well. Ran back home in Ohio on Bradley Brownle Rd. Nice to do a hard run back home. Just like old times. Actually felt pretty good. Not too many problems.
