Notes

Ran fartlek workout through development. Started out with a 2 mile run (8:53, 7:55), then recovered for a little bit then ran 2 x .3+ mile reps. Turned out to be somewhat of a revealing workout. First 2 mile rep was OK, but the .3 mile reps were interesting. First rep was OK, pace was around 7:50-55 on average. For the second rep, I tried to open up my stride a little more than usual - like I have in the way past - and the pace dropped to 7:10 - 7:20s. Haven't felt this way in a long time and I actually felt like I could move, actually run. Couldn't hold it for long but felt good and hopefully this is a little something I can build on. Body was tired but OK.
