Ran Gene Gladfelter Memorial Mile. Ran really well and really wasn't what I expected. Was thinking that if I could put it under 5:30 I would be happy. Was a little worried when I came through the first 1/2 in about 2:41. Thought my chances for a decent time were gone. I was able though to pick up the pace a little on the last 1/2. Surprisingly had a kick at the end. Past about 3 people with about 600m remaining and then another 2 with about 100m left. Was tired at the end, but felt OK. No issued with body and hams, calves felt good.
