Ran 10 miles through Meadowview Estates. Was a lot rougher than the time would indicate. Just felt very flat on this one. Tried to keep it slow and managed to do so, but frustrating because even the slower pace felt much harder. Did get a little better the longer I went. First 5 miles came through in about 41:33, the second 5 miles was in 40:30. Was able to moved better the second half but still was a rough go. Just not sure what happened but I guess I just have to write it off as a bad day. At least I got 10 in and a good start to the week, and I didn't have to stop anytime during the run. No major issues other than tired and legs are sore.
