Ran 5 miles on roads with 6 x 1 minute pickups around 5k pace or a little slower. Took about 3 minutes recovery. Haven't done anything fast in a little while and wanted to see how things would go. Achilles did OK, was tight and a little sore, but held up on the workout. Was a little more tight and sore for the rest of the evening, but that should have been expected. Just need to be very careful and really start taking care of myself.
