Notes
Ran 8 miles easy on roads. Ran a little quicker than expected, but the weather was better (cooler, lower humidity). Slowest mile was mile 7 in 8:40 and fastest was mile 2 in 8:07. Rest were kind of all over the place. Felt OK though last few miles were a little rough. Stopped briefly at about 6.5 miles but did OK after that. Body tired but overall, I think OK.
