Ran 10 miles on roads. Felt a little rough at times, but overall was a decent run. Took a small fluid break about 1/2 way through. This was the only time I stopped. Moved pretty well through most of the workout. Left knee was the main concern today. Was a little sore for some reason. Tendonitis still cont. to be a concern at times. Hamstrings tight, but OK.
