Ran 7 miles easy on roads. Tried to run as easy as possible and pace was still a little faster than I expected. Did manage to run without needing to stop and I think that points to the face that I did manage to dial it back a bit with regards to pace. Felt OK at the end and only a little tired the rest of the evening. Body OK, no issues.
