Ran 2 miles on roads through develpment. Now you would think that running 2 miles in 62 degree weather this time of year would have been nice. It was not. Felt really crappy today. Actually wanted to run about 8 miles. Wind was really bad, very strong from the south. Also felt really bad today. Just no energy to go on. Diet and sleep patterns have been really bad lately. Also wonder if I'm starting to get sick. Need to get things back on track!!
