Ran 10 miles on roads. Ran OK for the most part. One of these runs where things seemed to go OK, but felt kind of trashed the rest of the evening. First 5 miles went through fairly comfortable, moved OK for the last 5. Averaged around 8:10 or so for the last 5. No major issues.
