Ran 4 miles with six pickups in the middle of the run. Pickups were about 1 minute in duration with full recoveries (about 2-3 minutes rest). Felt OK and tried to run the pickups with a little more control. Pace was around 7:30 to 7:45 and felt OK for the most part. Started to struggle to hold pace on the last 2 but the last one was uphill. Overall, felt OK and no serious issues.
