Ran unstructured fartlek workout. Ran 7 shorter pickups (about a minute) a little faster than 5k pace. Was a very hot and rough day, but did the workout. Wasn't perfect, but I did the workout. Pace was probably a little too fast on the first few (sub 6:20 at times) and felt it at the end. Still managed to get the workout in. Recovery after each pickup was whatever I needed. Some were a little longer than others. Not the perfect workout, but was better than nothing. Body OK, just tired.
