Notes
Ran 3 miles (actually 2.55) on roads. Did my shorter tempo course and ran 1 min. hard with 3 min. easy and did a total of 5. Have not been feeling great over the past few days so I decided to modify this up a bit. Felt OK and got through the run. First 3 reps were pretty strong, but could tell I was getting tired at the end. Got the work in though and no major issues.
