Notes

Ran 4 miles easy at the gym. Was very windy outside so decided to run at the gym. Tried not to run too slow and first 3 miles were in 29:25 (faster for me on a treadmill). Felt OK though left hamstring was tight and sore at first. Let me run but I need to work on this. Rest of me OK.
