Notes
Ran 3 miles on road, with 5k reps of 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min. Took 3 minute recover runs between reps. Did not run this on like I have in the past few weeks. Was a stressful day and I don't think I was too focused on this one. Pace was off and I felt flat and heavy. Three miles came through in 21:19. No major issues with legs, feet, other than just tired.
