Ran 5 x 1100m reps on road (Kimberly loop) Actually felt strange but OK. Hard to explain, but was not really pushing workout. For the most part it felt easy. 4th rep was a little labored at end, but 5th was pretty easy. The thing is that I moved through the workout without much effort, but it didn't feel smooth. Maybe an early season issue. Was pleasantly surprised how it went. Was a little disappointed in myself that I could not control the pace. I should have run the reps about 5-8 seconds slower. Was faster that my V-DOT pace of 4:35. I could tell I was having issues with my left knee, but it didn't affect my stride and the flow of the workout. Felt OK afterwards also. Need to aggressively rehab. it, and it should get better.
