Hoka Cliftons 8 (Clifton 8-1)
Ran 3 miles easy on roads. Was a very busy day and was extremely tired physically and emotionally and almost didn't do it. Struggled on this one, but I got it in. Very hard to move and slower pace actually didn't feel great.
