Ran 6 miles easy on roads. Was nice to do most of my run in the daylight. Was off due to water heater issues. Felt pretty good for the most part. Probably could have done a little farther, but just didn't have the time. Achilles were a little tight, but felt OK for the most part. Things seem to loosen up after about a mile or so.
