Notes
Ran 10 miles easy on roads. Ran OK, though felt really rough at the end. Has been this way for the past few runs. Just hasn't felt easy. Was warm and a little humid so not sure if that figured into things. Had not run in 2 days as well so I'm sure that did not help. No major issues other than being tired and a little sore.
