Ran 10 miles on roads around development. Probably slowest 10 miles I've done in awhile, but at least I got the run in. Just tried to run as easy as possible and did OK for the most part. Started and finished with 8:53 miles (last mile was coming out of the "hole") and the rest were in the mid to lower 8 min. pace. Felt OK until the last 2-3 miles, then things started to get a little heavy. Was doing OK up to that point and felt fairly comfortable. Just have to keep working at this and hopefully things will get better. Body tired but OK.
