Ran 1 mile in the am for warm up and cool down from workout. Ran 2 easy in the evening. PM run really ticked me off. I was making a turn and slipped on some loose gravel and fell pretty hard. Right knee (the side of it) is pretty chewed up. Not the thing I need to have happen at this point. Knee is swollen some. Need to be careful. Not as bad as my last fall!
