Ran late in the evening. Cooler during this time. Run actually went well. Used HR monitor and was able to control HR well (140 - 160 BPM). Did take a toll on my body though. Knee (left) sore and hamstring on same leg a little tight and sore the day after (Tuesday AM). Should have done some striders after run, stretched a little more, and iced knee. Miss the days when it was easier and my body did not rebel against me so much. Has really been a big issue so far this year.
