Ran 10 miles on roads. Finally got a 10 miler in. Actually felt pretty good for the most part. Pace was easy at first, then seemed to find a grove about 3-4 miles into it. Was getting worried that I couldn't get a good long run in, but this is a confidence booster. No issues with legs or body, just tired and a little tight. Need to make sure I get all the extra stuff in after runs like stretching and strengthening.
