Ran 5x500m reps on roads. Ran gradual downhill the entire way. Was not as easy as it sounds. Foot actually fine til immediately after workout. Stopped for about 1 minute after last rep. Then began to jog slowly home. Foot got weak and began to sting about 200 feet into cooldown. Was able to walk-jog home. Felt better as the evening went. Just not sure what to think about this. Know I will be jogging immediately after w/o instead of walking!
