Notes

Ran what turned into a 3-mile progression run on roads. Ran the 3-mile course (from home). Miles were 8:51, 8:11, 8:02. Could tell I was pressing the pace a little, but I was able to go with it. Finding that if I can just get a little stronger (and lighter) and get up more on the balls of my feet I can run a lot faster without much additional effort. I seriously think I've just forgot how to run. It seems I've changed my form a little and running more flat footed, to heel striking, and it's slowed me down. Just have to keep working at this. Body was tired but I think I'm OK.
