Ran 4 easy on roads. Started out at a slower pace (9:16 first mile), but next 3 were in 8:28, 8:19, and 8:22. Was moving a little faster on the last 3 miles but didn't feel as pushed as it has in the past. Getting a little better with consistency, I think.
