Notes
Ran 11 miles easy on roads. Was a cool, but humid night to run. Didn't feel all that great at the start but got better the more I went. Probably could have put in another mile, but didn't want to push it. Right ankle bothered me some, but that was about it. Feet felt weak a times, but nothing more than that. Tried to keep it slowed and controlled and I think I accomplished this. Decent workout.
