Ran 4 x 200m at R pace, then 3 x 1,100m at I pace, then 2 x 400m at R pace. Took equal distance recover on 200s and 400s, 3 min. recovery on 1,100 reps. Felt really good for the most part, no real issues. Felt strong most of the run and was surprised how much strength and stamina I had. Body OK, even felt really good afterwards. Think getting it done in the morning made a lot of difference.
