Ran kind of an odd workout of 3 miles total, with harder pickups of about 200 to almost 400 meter reps (9 total), with short recovery jogs then a brief walk before the next rep. Ran this workout with Amy as she was doing hers. Actually went OK and if I had to guess my pace was around 7:00, give or take, for most of the reps. Felt like I was moving fairly well and could hold the pace for most of the reps. Body a little tired at the end but OK.
