Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Was not an easy run as I felt rather flat, and it was colder and quite windy. First half of the run was OK as the wind was to my back a good bit but was more in my face on the return trip. Even though I didn't feel great, pace was OK and I didn't have to stop on this one. First mile was a 8:56, and then the last 3 were in the 8:20s to 3:30s. Tried to run more in control and did somewhat OK, though still felt tired.
