Ran 5 x 1 mile at tempo with about 2 minutes recovery. Felt really stale today. Felt like I was pushing the pace more than I wanted to. First rep. was OK, second one was rough and felt that way pretty much the rest of the run. Legs also felt tight and heavy. Was much warmer today than the last time I ran this workout. Need to be VERY careful. Left inner thigh is tight and a little sore. Seems to be the trend over the past 2 weeks, slight injury before my race. This week is a little tougher as I still have one more speed workout to complete.
