Ran 11 miles on the York Co. Rail Trail. Felt OK and moved pretty well, little too well. First mile was around 8:10, then the next 10 under 8 min. pace. Ran most of my miles were in the 7:45-55 range, a few middle miles were around 7:30 range. Felt OK and was nice to get out and run on the trail. No issues and nice to be able to run like this as a now 51 year old. Body OK, tired but appears to be OK.
