Ran 17 miles on roads. Rough run today, but I got it in. Felt very flat and just struggled throughout run. Surprisingly, my pace was pretty good. Next to last mile was in a 7:15, last in 7:14. Felt OK after run. Tired, but OK. Foot was fine for the most part.
