Notes
Ran 4 miles on roads. Haven't been able to get 4 in for a while now but nice to get a slightly longer run in. Still slower than I would like, and last mile was close to 10-minute pace. Hamstring was still tight but was able to move somewhat comfortably. Rest of me OK.
