Ran 12 miles on roads. Felt OK, even though the weather was pretty crappy. Was misting/showering at times, humid also. Felt a little tired at end. Wonder if I'll ever get to the point where the longer distances will feel good. Made sure to go easier that usual, but still think I pushed a little in spots. Body OK, no real issues.
