Ran 5 x hills on the back corner of the development. Ran the full hill from basically the intersection at the bottom entrance to the top of the hill (at the top "T" intersection). Hill is about .19 mile in length. Not sure how long it was taking me to do each rep as I really didn't time it. If I had to guess it probably was around 80-85 seconds. Felt OK and was more concentrating on being steady and keeping a good pace (averaged around 6:45 pace). Took a lap recovery jog and just hit the hill again when I got to the mark. No major body issues and nice to get a harder run in.
