Tried to run a mile hard and didn't go so well. Stopped for a little bit after 1/2 mile and probably shouldn't have. Think my body was OK, but my mind was just a little weak. Most likely could have gone the full mile and still had been under 6 minutes. After I stopped I continued on at a pretty hard pace and finished how I did. Just need to get mentally tougher and overall physically stronger. Body was OK and had no major issues.
