Ran 10 miles easy on roads in and around developments near Friendship Park. Ran OK but last 2 miles were rough. Just ran harder than I should have most of the run. First mile was OK, like 8:37, but then ran the next several miles around 8:12 pace. Was not as hot but the humidity was really bad. Got through though with no major problems. Body OK.
