Ran 8 miles on roads. Ran/felt OK, but again pushed things a little. First mile was off (think GPS was off) and ran the next few under 7:10 (should have been 7:30-40s). Last few were around the 7-teens and struggled a little at end (which shouldn't have happened). Need to be careful and make sure recovery runs are run easy. Just get carried away at times.
