Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Has been tough to run lately due to the heat and humidity. Just haven't got a break lately due to this weather. Felt very flat and motivation has been down. Not sure what my problem has been but I better figure it out and do it quickly. Hamstrings were both tight, but left one seemed to be more of an issue today. Just a lot of little pains that I need to really attend to.
