Ran 5 miles easy on roads. Weather was a little crappy - rainy, humid, but did OK. Hasn't rained in a long time so it was kind of nice to get some. Ran OK, pace was actually a little faster than I thought. First mile was in 9:07, but the rest were in the mid 8:20s. Didn't really feel like I was pushing and recovered fairly quickly.
