Ran 3 miles easy on roads. Ran at noon since it was supposed to rain later this afternoon. Did better than I expected, even though I was a little tired and right hamstring was a bit sore. Miles were 9:02, 8:35, and 8:21. Didn't feel I was running quite that hard for the last 2 miles. Body OK and right hamstring seemed to loosen up a little. Overall decent run and probably the best month of running I've had in almost a year.
